Circa 1830 Regency-William IV double pedestal banquet table with two leaves, English. Mahogany of the finest timbers throughout. Note the superb acanthus carved knees and boldly cast, fire-gilt brass paw feet. The stretcher support system was added later and blocks were added at the top of the pedestals to add height for modern dining. 84″ long without leaves, each leaf 21″. 126″ long overall, 52.75″ w., 29″ h.
