Walnut, brass, and leather 1830-1860 lap desk writing box. Now on a custom table stand to use as a side table.
Circa 1860 English double pedestal collector’s chest desk. Bird’s eye maple & figured walnut with harewood. Possibly original leather writing surface, the gilt tooling very worn.
