A monumental and important Neoclassical secretaire bookcase, C. 1780

Mid-19th century Blue Canton covered coffee pot, Chinese. Charmingly decorated with lake & tea house scenes.

Shell tip & bowl, monogram obverse “ML”. Andrew Ellicott Warner, 1786-1870. Assay 10:15 mark. 1.30 troy oz.

Each signed & dated lower right E. Booty, 1859. The arches define each, as do the people & activities – a Middle Eastern city scene & a Dutch city scene.

Circa 1860-80 Renaissance Revival Games Table, English. Swivel top unfolds to reveal multiple games surfaces inlaid into ebony – all of exotic woods – chess, backgammon & cribbage!

Restrained, elegant design typical of the period. Subtly shaped, flattened columns, with quality bronze mounts where they sweep out toward the top; shaped feet, 3 drawers with bronze escutcheons under the frieze drawer surmounted by the wooden top

Walnut & walnut veneers. Reeded mirror frame reflects the reeded Corinthian columns of the stand, raised on short, turned feet.

Late 18th century signed and framed scroll painting on silk by Maruyama Okyo.
