Circa 1800 American Federal Period 3-drawer Side Table. Southern, either NC or VA origin. Warm brown, well figured walnut & walnut veneers. Yellow pine secondary wood. Work table with fitted upper drawer for sewing instruments, etc. (once with a writing surface). Raised on tall, graceful square, tapered legs. Turned wooden pulls are replacements from the mid-19th century replacing the original wooden knobs. 22.63″ x 16.13″ x 30.63″ h.
