Signed & dated lower center: Fred Mew 1892. Frederick Mew (1832-1898) was an English architect, artist, & father of Charlotte Mew (major poet). His works reflect his expertise in structural design. He was shown at the Royal Academy. Later 20th century framed with a few bumps; not examined out of the frame. Sight: 11″ x 17″. Frame: 20.5″ x 26 3/8″.
