Sterling & gilt dessert serving spoon, 1789, London by Charles Hougham. Originally a tablespoon, the bowl was modified in the Victorian era adding gilding & repousse fruits & engraving to the handle to make it a dessert spoon, popular at that time. 1.85 troy oz.
